Recentemente Luciano entrou com pedido na Câmara de Vereadores para que Governo do Estado e a CORSAN, que executam as obras de ligação de esgoto cloacal ou abra linha de crédito aos moradores que possuem baixa renda. " Portanto, já que a CORSAN esta cobrando taxas para quem ainda não ligou seu esgoto, então ela mesma que o faça ou abra uma carta de crédito a quem não tem condições. Grande parte da nossa população batalha para pagar suas contas e botar oque comer na mesa, muitas vezes não tem condições de pagar uma obra que não sai nada barato".
